The practice of remote working, changing employment rights and obligations can be a minefield at the best of times and for employers this means they must navigate the constant change of flux while balancing the needs of the organisation with the needs of employees.

This virtual workshop will explore the key considerations of developing blended working models in the context of the current environment and removal of Government restrictions.

Brought to you in partnership with Adare Human Resource Management, this workshop is an insight into the steps involved and key organisational, strategic and legal considerations when developing blended work models.
