However, making this transition is hard and tailored supports are needed.
Grow Remote is delighted to launch The FORWARD Programme, aimed at Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) looking to adopt and implement remote work models.
This programme, co-funded by the Government of Ireland and the European Union through the ERDF Northern and Western Regional Programme 2021-27, assesses organisations’ potential to make the transition to remote, making bespoke recommendations to each client on how to maximise the benefits of a remote work model for their business, and assisting them to adopt and implement this new working model with current best practice.
