How to start
We now have a mini-course that gives you everything you need to know. It’s free, we just ask that you tell us if you found work so that we can track our impact.
There are 300+ currently open remote (location-less) jobs in your town, you just need to know where to look. We Work Remotely is the biggest remote jobs board, and we have one too. If you want to navigate between them, Remote Hub has you covered. We’ve put all other resources into one place below. If you want to convince your boss, you can use this template, show them this HR policy template, or ask them to email us for a 1-1 session with industry leaders who have implemented this.
Now more than ever, workers and job seekers across Ireland are waking up to the immense transformative potential of remote work. We want to help the 200,000+ workers who have been working remotely since March 2020 (and long before that!), and all of those who will turn remote in the months and years to come. We do this by 1) raising awareness about the approx. 80,000 remote jobs available in Ireland today and making them more accessible through visibility and 2) linking remote workers from across Ireland through our Chapters, to reduce feelings of isolation and to bring communities closer together.
You can apply to become a ‘Chapter Leader’ of Grow Remote locally. Each chapter has their own projects – some organise meetups, others events, and others do promotional activities for their town. Apply to get started here and join our Facebook Group or Slack and get more support.
We’re your one-stop shop to joining the world of remote work.
Remote is the future of work.
