Our live “Ask Me Anything” Sessions every Friday deep dives into some of the most interesting topics when it comes to managing remote teams. 

We‘re starting off with the old debate of time versus results when it comes to performance. Given the imposed usage of time tracking apps by companies and the number of employees using them today, it’s quite obvious that most employers still abide by this old way of measuring performance. But is it the best way to measure it? 

So for this topic, we invited João Cavalheiro, Engineering Manager for Suse, and a big remote work advocate who’s been managing distributed teams for years, to talk more about how should we measure performance – especially when you’re working remotely.
