The Remote
Alliance

The Remote Alliance is a sandbox for companies who have set out a bold vision for the future of work.  This is a forum for companies to address the challenges and opportunities they have faced in implementing remote working, and to share their  learnings with others.

“The impact of Covid-19 gave our organisation an opportunity to test, on a mass scale, what remote working would mean for us, and through extensive internal engagement, we are delighted to be committing to a long-term hybrid model of working,”

Anne O’Leary, CEO at Vodafone

Our founding members

Our founding members are demonstrating bravery, forward-thinking and great leadership in committing to remote and hybrid working and joining the Alliance, and we’re calling on employers around Ireland to follow suit.

HOW IT WORKS

k

Committed Leaders

Change happens from the top down. The first step in joining the alliance is a commitment by the CEO to make remote and hybrid work, and dedicate resources to that.

The Working Group

The working group is made up of representatives of organisations who have signed up to the pledge. This group looks after the ‘how to’ in transitioning to remote and hybrid work.

Outputs

We’ll make public the case studies, identified challenges, and solutions when it comes to implementing remote and hybrid work in enterprises.

We’re grateful to the community leaders all over Ireland who have built the ecosystem in Ireland to ensure Ireland is a place where remote work can thrive.
